This upmarket cottage is situated in one of Cape Town’s prime locations – Blouberg, within a security estate with 24-hour surveillance. The 200sqm fully furnished cottage is fully equipped. The cottage is situated about 300m away from Big Bay beach, which is well known for surfing, kite surfing and beachfront activities.  It has magnificent views of Robben Island and Table Mountain.

Downstairs there are 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom with en-suite has a queen sized bed and doors opening into a small garden.  The second and third bedrooms have double beds and are serviced by the 2nd bathroom which is equipped with a shower and bath.  All linen and towels are provided.  There is a sleeper couch available in the lounge to accommodate another two people, at an extra charge. 

Upstairs there is a lounge and dining room.  From the dining room you are able to access the patio and braai (barbecue) area.  The lounge has a fireplace as well as a T.V. and DVD player, DSTV and a Hi-Fi with CD player.  The kitchen is open plan, with granite tops and equipped with a dishwasher.
