This lovely spacious self-contained apartment is situated at Big Bay in the Bloubergstrand area of the Cape, famous for all watersports and unspoilt sandy beaches. The apartment offers magnificent views of the bay onto Table Mountain and Robben Island, with endless blue skies and sea.
The apartment offers accommodation for 4 people consisting of open plan kitchen and dining room/lounge with sliding doors opening onto a very large patio with beautiful views.
The lounge has a TV, DVD and Hi Fi. A fully fitted kitchen with granite tops complete with microwave, dishwasher and breakfast island. Laundry can be done in the communal laundry on site
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and it has a sliding door which leads onto a balcony which has 180% views of Table Mountain, the sea and Robben Island. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and you can enjoy beautiful from this bedroom.
There is a double undercover parking bay in the basement which has access to the apartment by a lift. This is ideal for elderly people. A Digital electronic safe is available in the bedroom cupboard.
A shared swimming pool is available for use.
