The apartment is situated in a brand new, quiet and safe estate with spacious balconies for revitalizing, intimate outdoor breakfasts, luncheons, all whilst lavishing the sea, mountain and island views, sea smells and sea sounds.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King size bed (extra length for added comfort), one with a Queen size bed and one with a double bed. All have quality linen. There are 2 full bathrooms.
The living area is spacious and has under-floor heating. The living area as well as the bedrooms open onto balconies which face the sea and mountain.
There is a kitchenette which is fully equipped and spacious with granite tops, refrigerator, washing/drier machine, crockery and cutlery.
Remote controlled double garage is available for secure parking.
