The elegantly furnished house offers your family and friends all the modern amenities. The airy double volume entrance area runs into a spacious lounge with a cosy fireplace on the one side a modern kitchen; on the other side a covered barbeque area and garden with a large solar heated swimming pool with a salt water chlorinator all flowing into one huge inviting living and entertainment area.
Attached to the house above the garage is an open plan granny flat (which costs extra) with a kitchen and full bathroom.
The maximum number of people able to stay in the main house is 6 adults and 2 children. In the granny flat another 2 adults and 2 children can be accommodated.
The house together with the granny flat can sleep 8 adults and 4 children.
The property has the following amenities :
Upstairs:
- Spacious sleeping area with beautiful wooden floors and consisting of 3 big bedrooms
- The main bedroom is en-suite, has walk-in closets and a north view towards Malmesbury.
- The 2 remaining bedrooms consist of: 1st bedroom with a double bed with north views; 2nd bedroom with two single beds facing Table Mountain.
- The huge main bathroom includes a big bathtub and shower.
Downstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bunk bed ideal for 2 children
Kitchen:
- The stylish and modern mahogany kitchen is fitted with all modern stainless steel appliances including: hob, oven, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, eye level built in microwave
Entertainment:
- Even with a strong south-easter wind or rain, the patio and barbeque area are well protected and the ideal location for your meals and get-togethers. A built-in pizza oven will give variety to your cuisine. There is a crystal clear pool in the back garden next to the patio area.
- Downstairs is also a television room leading onto the garden and pool area. There is also a Guest Bathroom.

Also included is a washing machine. Weekly house cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
Security: The house is very secure with an alarm system connected to armed response. There is also a neighbourhood watch 24 hours on duty. With remote access, you drive into the garage with direct access into the house. Please note that due to the design of the garage door any vehicle higher than 1.7 meters will not fit (for example 4x4 vehicles and combis will not fit)
