Beachfront 3-star house on two levels, with breathtaking views and pool for 6 to 12 persons
Situated only 15 minutes from Cape Towns city centre and a few meters from the beach, this spacious house is located in a beachfront complex and has two fully equipped units over two levels. Both units share the use of the double garage, off-street parking, a pool in an enclosed courtyard, play-park for children, washing machine and tumble dryer. The units may also be combined as one large house. Each unit has a seperate entrance with a small deck.
Unit 1 maximum 6 persons
Situated on the upper level, this unit provides breathtaking views of Table Mountain and Robben Island. The unit consists of two double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed. There is a full bathroom, a guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven/hob and dishwasher. The very large lounge/dining area has a sleeper couch, which can comfortably accommodate another 2 persons, DSTV, video recorder and inside barbeque.
Unit 2 maximum 6 persons
This unit is situated on the lower level of the holiday house and has a limited view. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunker bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite, a lounge/dining area with sleeper couch and DSTV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate stove/oven, fridge and a microwave. This unit is wheelchair accessible.
