The villa is situated within a golf course complex in a secure and safe gated community. Upon entering this marvellous villa via the front entrance gate, guests are immediately welcomed by a wonderfully private courtyard area containing not only a fully secluded sun terrace, but also a heated swimming pool and braai (bbq)/entertainment area. Each of the 3 large bedrooms (one king-size bed, one double bed and two single beds) have their own luxurious and private en-suite bathroom thus ensuring this villa is the perfect choice for a group of friends or larger families who appreciate both privacy and the finer things in life.
The entertainment area leads into the house via patio doors, and once inside, guests are confronted by a hugely impressive, large, open-plan lounge and formal dining area, with a working fireplace. Guests can relax in one of the many beautiful sofas or chairs in this bright living area and switch on the television and satellite to watch their favourite sport or film. Alternatively they can enjoy their choice of music via the centrally-controlled, 12-speaker music system that extends to every room - indoors and outdoors! The shaded veranda overlooks a charming small lake as well as the 8th fairway, both of which are adjacent to the villa. Attracting prolific wildlife, this small lake is a hive of activity with all sorts of wildlife and is hence a natural draw to the many springbok that roam the golf estate freely.
The central spiral staircase leads to a tastefully furnished 1st floor master bedroom with spectacular views of Table Mountain & the Atlantic Ocean. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and bath as well as a twin sink unit, and has an unspoilt view of Table Mountain - especially from the two-person bath.
The further 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each has its own private en-suite bathroom with separate shower and oversized bath. One of these bedrooms even has its own private sun terrace.
The fully equipped large modern kitchen is complete with a granite breakfast bar useful for those less formal meals and snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen is the scullery/utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The scullery leads into the double garage with automatic electric doors and driveway for more off-street parking.
