This new luxury self-catering cottage is situated within easy walking distance (200m) of the famous kite surfing beach of Big Bay and offers panoramic views of Robben Island as well as a postcard view of Table Mountain. The beach is known for its surfing, kite surfing and beachfront leisure activities and the Seaside Shopping Village with restaurants and shops are a mere stone's throw away.

The holiday cottage can easily and comfortably accommodate 6 - 10 guests, is newly decorated, has a pool and is situated in a security estate with 24-hour surveillance.  The cottage offers all necessary amenities and is fully equipped ensuring guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. There are 3 double bedrooms, a main en-suite bathroom, a second full bathroom servicing the second and third bedrooms as well as a separate guest toilet.  The cottage has a double automated garage and large undercover barbecue area.

The double-storey cottage is built on a slope with a further level found four stairs down. It offers the following amenities:

Ground floor

• Secure entrance leading to a spacious open-plan living area
• Lounge with fireplace as well as Plasma TV, home theatre system and DSTV
• Two sets of sliding doors leading to the large barbecue patio
• Dining room suited for up to 8 persons

Lower level

• Bedroom with 2 single beds
• A second lower level bedroom with a double bed

• Sliding doors leading onto patio and designer pool
• A third lower level bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower and separate entrance
• 1x double sleeper couch in the lounge

First floor

• Main bedroom with extra length king-size bed with open-plan en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto a private Juliette balcony. The bathroom has a shower, double basin, Jacuzzi spa bath and separate toilet.

Please note:

• The cottage is serviced three times a week and linen and towels are provided
• Rates are negotiable for longer stays
• Minimum preferred stay of 1 week
• A R2 000 damage deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded within 5-7 working days of departure. 
• Airport transfers can be arranged on request at an additional charge
