It is centrally located only 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, in the hub of Cape Town's trendy Kloof Street area and minutes away from the Long Kloof Film Studios and the Hiddingh Campus of the University of Cape Town.
  
The apartment comprises a modern, fully equipped, granite-top kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee facilities for guests booking daily rates. It has one bedroom with a separate studio, separate bathroom (bath with shower) and separate entertainment area. On request the studio can be converted into an open plan double bedroom. An added feature is a step out balcony overlooking majestic Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Additional conveniences in the complex are a private splash pool and laundrette.
  
The apartment is equipped with a complimentary multimedia PC with Microsoft Office software, ADSL 24 hour internet access, a DVD player, satellite TV and a music system. Other conveniences include fans, heating, an electronic safe, ironing facilities and a hairdryer. On request a baby’s changing mat, bath, camp cot and and high chair can also be made available. It is also equipped with safety gates (for children) at the top and at the bottom of the loft staircase. The apartment is a non-smoking establishment.

At night the area comes alive with restaurants, bars and nightclubs all within walking distance.
