This beautiful townhouse has four bedrooms for short and longterm stays. The house is situated in a lovely street on the Higgovale border and is only 100m away from the vibey Kloof Street with excellent restaurants and shops.
Each bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a working desk with chair. There is one full communal bathroom as well as an additional en-suite toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a stove, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a television with VCR and a Hi-Fi system. It leads out onto a lovely courtyard with braai (barbeque) facilities and a plunge pool.
The house has a telephone and an alarm system. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as a weekly cleaning service.
