It's within walking distance to restaurants and the Gardens Shopping Centre or just a short drive from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, City Centre, Atlantic Seaboard Beaches or Table Mountain.
This cottage has 1 bathroom with shower, a shared swimming pool and a friendly dog is resident on the premises.
