The holiday villa is superbly situated only 200 meters from the famous Camps Bay beach and is cleverly positioned to provide a quiet setting despite being within walking distance of fashionable restaurants and night spots. This luxurious three bedroom villa is the ideal lock-up-and-go.
The villa is spacious (230 square meters; 2 476 square foot) with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather couches and ottomans, and equipped with a TV, DVD player and music system for guests' enjoyment. Guests can also snuggle up in front of the cozy fireplace on cold evenings. The dining room opens up into the adjoining patio and swimming pool area which makes this villa perfect for entertaining! The dining room table can seat six guests.
The kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped including a dishwasher, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and is spacious with an open-plan lounge area and refreshment station. It has twin beds (can be converted to a King-sized bed) and a day bed. The bathroom is en-suite with a shower.
The holiday villa has secure off street parking as well as a double garage. It is enclosed by high walls, has a remote controlled garage door and an electric gate. Direct access to the house is via the garage.
The villa is fully equipped and serviced and quality linen & bath towels are supplied.
There is also a swimming pool, and an outdoor area with private splash pool, patio furniture and loungers.
