It's the perfect base for the traveller who values peace, solitude and reflection, and yet still wants to benefit from the multitude of nearby attractions. The Camps Bay bars and restaurants are within 2 minutes drive, and it's even possible to walk down to the Bakoven beaches in less than ten minutes (although the walk up might take a little longer). The city centre is less than 10 minutes away and the world famous V&A waterfront is less than 15 minutes away.
The villa is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Table Mountain Nature Reserve. A path starts from the house and takes one directly to the contour path. From here one can enjoy either a gentle stroll taking in the panoramic views, and unique Cape vegetation, or otherwise take one of the more strenuous routes up on to the top of Table Mountain.
Returning back to the property guests are welcome to dive into the large deep pool, which, in keeping with its surroundings, is reminiscent of a cool, shaded mountain rock pool. Alternatively guests can simply recline on the deck. This is the perfect place to relax!
This property is also ideally suited to film production companies, especially shoot and stay. The house is owned by a professional photographer, and a great amount of time and effort has gone into the design and construction of the building to maximise the potential of these breathtaking views.
