A study with a 4m custom-designed work surface (with printer, fax, phone and wireless broadband internet) and designer chairs are available for guests' convenience. Enjoy sea and mountain views while you work!
The villa offers 4 luxuriously appointed en-suite bedrooms - 3 of them with private decks, and all of them with unique views and features.
The master bedroom opens onto the pool deck, has an extra-length Queen-size bed, an extended walk-in dresser, air-conditioning and panoramic ocean and mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has an open shower and a bath with views of the ocean and private rock garden.
The second bedroom has wall-to-wall sliding glass doors opening onto a private deck, a Queen-size bed, panoramic ocean views and air-conditioning. One of the villa's signature features can be found in this room which is a glass corner holding a shower with the best view in Cape Town!
The third bedroom has wall-to-wall sliding glass doors opening onto the rock feature and garden, a King-size bed (or two singles) and an en-suite bathroom which looks out onto the rock feature and garden.
The fourth bedroom forms part of the guest apartment and also has wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto a private deck with ocean views. There is a double bed and additional views of the private garden and the Twelve Apostles mountains.
The 8m extra-deep pool has been custom designed to allow diving from the bedroom deck. The entertainment area around the pool deck includes a sunbed and barbecue area.
