This 2-bedroom apartment, with lock-up garage in a secure complex, offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Camps Bay beach and the Twelve Apostle Mountains. It is also within walking distance of all conveniences – the beach, restaurants, shops and the supermarket. A 10-minute drive takes you to the Clifton beaches, the Cape Town city centre, the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain.
The holiday apartment sleeps four persons in single beds which are moved together to make a king-size bed, but can be separated if need be. There is one full bathroom (shower and bath) as well as an en-suite smaller bathroom with toilet and basin.
The open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge lead onto the balcony which has a stunning view and is ideal for sundowner drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities including a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine/tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer and a stove with oven. There is a television with video recorder and DVD player in the lounge as well as the main bedroom and full DSTV (satellite tv) is provided!
The complex in which the holiday apartment is situated is very secure with access control through remote gates as well as a single remote-control lock-up garage.
The apartment is serviced on a weekly basis and all linen and bath towels are provided.
There is also a BBQ area for guests' enjoyment!
