The upper area, which is on street level, is connected via an internal staircase to the downstairs area.   The upper level consists of two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and a study. The main bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom and dressing room, and offers magnificent sea and mountain views through a large sliding window. French doors lead onto the patio. The second bedroom has a double bed with views of Table Mountain. The two bathrooms are ultra modern and both have a bath and full size shower. An additional bed can be added to the study. The modern kitchen is fitted with all conveniences, fridge, deep freeze, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, glass top hob and breakfast area. The dining room leads off the kitchen and has french doors opening onto the patio. Stairs lead from the covered patio into the private garden with large pool. The patio is equipped with garden furniture and a Weber grill.   The lower area consists of two large bedrooms (both en-suite), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a bath and separate shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and all utensils. The spacious lounge has a built-in bar, colour TV and billiard table for your enjoyment and leads onto another patio through glass sliding doors. The lower patio also has garden furniture and a Weber grill and leads onto the garden and pool area.   The house is fitted with a burglar alarm with armed response. Luxury features include satellite colour TV, Video, CD/radio and telephone. Fax and internet connections can be made available.
