The apartment (155m²) consists of a large spacious lounge leading through double sliding doors onto a patio and garden with sea and mountain views. The lounge has a built-in bar and a billiard table for your enjoyment.
There are two large bedrooms (bath en-suite), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One bathroom is fitted with a shower and the other has a bath and separate shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and all utensils.
The apartment has a separate, private entrance. Luxury features include a colour TV, video, telephone, CD player and radio. Fax and internet connections can be made available. The apartment is also equipped with a burglar alarm with armed response.
The large patio with garden furniture and a Weber grill leads onto the pool in the garden.
Camps Bay beach, shops and restaurants are approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
