Please click on the pictures!       The Addo Elephant National Park - The Future       The plan is that the Addo Elephant National Park will be extended up until 2010.  By that time it should have reached the coast of the Eastern Cape.  This area will comprise 340 000 ha of terrestrial zone and 80 000 ha of marine zone, which will include a few of the Islands in Algoa Bay, including various seabirds and Penguins.  The Park would then include 5 out of the 7 Vegetation zones which can be found in South Africa.
