The Restaurant - Pure (fine dining)
The gourmet restaurant 'PURE' is the Hout Bay Manor's highlight for those wishing to indulge in an evening of gourmet delights; the exquisite service epitomises fine culture.
2007 saw the launch of 'Pure', the creation of the Executive Chef whose culinary philosophy is simply 'a fusion of purity'. Pure seats 58 guests in style amidst a tranquil palette of creams, whites, marble and fine art.
Guests dine for dinner and Sunday lunch at 'Pure'.
All meals are designed exclusively with the finest local ingredients sourced by our Executive Chef. |
From breakfast through to dinner our in-house restaurant offers sumptuous breakfasts, a choice of light lunches and peaceful dinners. There’s always unsurpassed cuisine on hand for you to savour.

Our extensive menu of signature dishes, including an a la carte lunch, can be enjoyed either in the restaurant or outside in the calm serenity of the terrace and garden.
Throughout the day you can enjoy an assortment of healthy salads, sandwiches and light snacks freshly prepared by our Executive Chef using only the finest ingredients.
