The Villa is situated in Hout Bay which can be described as one of the most beautiful and exclusive places on the Cape Peninsula. Hout Bay attracts many local and international tourists through its centrality as many top attractions can easily be reached from there – including Chapman’s Peak Drive (voted as one of the most scenic routes in the world), the famous Cape Point, the Cape Town city centre, the V&A Waterfront and the winelands of Constantia.
The villa is a modern, upmarket, Italian-style villa nestled against the mountainside on the boarder of the forested nature reserve and situated in a prestigious security estate. It is designed in such a way that the two double en-suite bedrooms are completely separate (living area and entrance) while still forming part of the main house. The swimming pool and breakfast area, with magnificent panoramic views, creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere where guests can escape from the busy city life. A comfortable communal lounge is available for guests' convenience should the weather not be perfect.
Tramonto Room:
The suite can accommodate 2 guests on a King size bed which can be separated to form 2 ¾ beds. The bathroom is en-suite with a shower and heated towel rails. Tramonto is located on the top floor and has a small balcony that overlooks the ocean, the famous Mount Sentinel and Hout Bay. Features include a mini-bar, satellite tv, hairdryer, fan, built-in wardrobe as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
Alba Room:
As with the Tramonto Room this suite can accommodate 2 guests on a King size bed which can be separated to form 2 ¾ beds and the bathroom is en-suite with a shower and heated towel rails. It is situated on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden that overlooks the ocean, the famous Mount Sentinel and Hout Bay. Features include a mini-bar, satellite tv, hairdryer, fan, built-in wardrobe and tea and coffee making facilities.
