The South African National Art Gallery is one of South Africa's finest galleries. Due to the amount of art available to this gallery, only parts of it can be displayed at any given time. The education programmes here are aimed to remove cultural stereotypes and make art more accessible to all.
The "Peanut Gallery" is situated in Church Street's Art and Antique Walk in Cape Town. This gallery promotes young and emerging artists but this does not mean that the standard is low. The art in this gallery is of the highest quality. The objective of the Peanut Gallery is to sell affordable art of new and emerging artists.
